Upon receipt of your application and deposit, we will send or e-mail you our confirmation package. which includes:

• Your balance due
• Directions
• Where and when to meet (or instructions on flight or bus scheduling)
• Info on what to pack
• Lodging choices for the nights before and after your trip (which are your responsibility)
• Recommended reading and viewing that can help prepare you for the trip
• A liability release and a medical form that must be filled out and signed by all trip participants prior to trip departure
