Custom Trips - 2009 Maine & Canadian Trips Our schedule permitting, we can reserve a trip on dates of your choice. If you open your trip to others and give us several months notice, “Scheduled Trip” rates may apply. If you want to limit the size of your group, you may be asked to pay a higher rate, depending on party size. Custom Rates quoted below are for a minimum of 5 adults and include transportation. Groups of less than 5 adults will have to pay a higher fee per person. Groups of 10 or more, represented by one person, maybe eligible for a discounted rate, especially in May, June or September. Below, and to the right, are a few trip suggestions. Let us know your needs as far in advance as possible. Custom Trip Reservations & Cancellation Policy CUSTOM TRIP RESERVATIONS: Available dates may be reserved with a deposit of $300 per person. Payment-in full or balance due is required 60 days before trip departure. CANCELLATION POLICY FOR CUSTOM TRIPS: Cancellations over 60 days before trip departure: deposit is non-refundable but may be applied to another trip within three years. Although it rarely happens, Allagash Canoe Trips reserves the right to cancel any trip due to inadequate enrollment, safety, or due to forces of nature beyond our control. In such cases, we will fully refund your trip fee, but cannot be responsible for other costs you may have incurred.
